EAP Resources

EAP is operational and ready to assist employees that need emotional support. EAP counselors can meet provide telephone, and online counseling. Please call their main number at 713.500.3156 or 800.346.3549 for assistance.

TimelyCare for Part-Time Employees

Lee College offers access to TimelyCare for students and part-time employees.

TimelyCare is a virtual health and well-being platform that you can access through your computer or a mobile app that allows you to talk to licensed provider on the phone or through secure video visits.

To Access TimelyCare:

  • Visit timelycare.com/lee OR download the TimelyCare app from your app store & register with your Lee College email address.

Who is eligible?

  • Students enrolled in credit courses, excluding dual credit students
  • Part-time Lee College employees

Services Available:

  • MedicalNow:  24/7, on-demand medical care
  • TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support
  • Scheduled counseling: select the day, time and medical provider of your choice
  • Health coaching: support for developing healthy behaviors
  • Psychiatry: advanced medical health care, available upon referral
  • Self-care content:  yoga and meditation sessions and group conversations with providers on a variety of health and well-being topics
  • Basic needs support: get connected to low or reduced-cost community resources

Cost:

  • This service is funded through your Student Fees, and there is no additional cost for you to use TimelyCare.
