Welcome to the Post Convocation Week Notes. We have gathered the videos and documents for sessions that we had during convocation week for Spring 2022. Sessions with Video Recordings will have Video Recording buttons. Presentations and documents are available if a session has a Shared Documents button. Simply click on the button to view the video recording or presentation. To view the videos and many of the documents you will need to put in your Lee College username and password.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm – Hy-Flex Equipment Training – Hy-Flex Team - JBH 111

Group A includes Business Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Studies, Process Technology, and Technical Studies. This session is required for full-time faculty in these areas and is encouraged for part-time faculty.

Do you need ideas for making your team function more effectively? Join us to explore a variety of team-building activities.

9:00-11:00 a.m. - SI Faculty Awareness Training – ATC 342
Originally designed for faculty with SI support in their classes or those interested in possibly adding SI support, this training is also well-suited for those considering implementing SI on their campus or those who feel they would benefit from a refresher in the foundational elements of SI. Participants will receive an overview of SI and learn about the process of requesting SI support for their classroom.

Group B includes English and Humanities, First Year Experience, Social and Behavioral Sciences. This session is required for full-time faculty in these areas and is encouraged for part-time faculty.

This semester we will have an 8-week cohort for a DEI Community of Practice PD. The group will meet for 1.5 hours per week from February 28, 2022 through April 29, 2022 (omitting Spring Break week). The sessions will include content based on research, learning objectives, community guidelines, small group breakouts, larger group discussions, and continuous reflectional feedback. The cohort is open to ALL Lee College employees.
