History of Religion

The search terms you use in the catalog or library databases will affect the quality of articles and/or books you are able to find.

Following are some suggested subject terms to use in your research.  They are hyperlinked to library catalog searches, but you can use the same terms in the library databases.

You may need to add the qualifier "NOT fiction" to some of the above subjects to remove fiction books from your results.  You can also combine subject terms for more specific results.  Examples are:
