  • All students and employees of Lee College have access to Microsoft 365 through the college.  This includes apps like:

    • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.

  • There are several ways to access the programs, such as:

    • Go to the Lee College Logins page:

      • Choose the button titled "Office 365"

  • Log in to your Lee College email account.  Click the white dots in the top, left-hand corner of your screen:

    • Screenshot of MS Outlook

  • A menu will open with links to the other Microsoft programs you can access.  It looks like this:

    • Microsoft Apps available through Lee College

  • You can also access your Microsoft 365 account by logging into with your Lee College email and password.

Students and employees of Lee College may also download the desktop versions of Microsoft Office applications onto ONE computer.  This will allow you to install the applications on your home computer for free, if you would prefer to work on a desktop version of the programs rather than a web version.

  • To download the Microsoft Office suite of applications on your home computer, go to, choose the "Free MS Office" button about halfway down the page, and follow the directions to download the software.
    • You must use your Lee College email and password, regardless if you already have an existing Microsoft account with a different email.

  • Lee College students and employees also have access to Grammarly, an online tool that you can use to improve your writing.
    • Grammarly checks your writing for spelling and grammar errors, as well as providing vocabulary and style suggestions.
    • Access your Lee College subscription to Grammarly by logging into Blackboard and clicking on the "Announcements" link under the Tools menu.  You will see an announcement with instructions on how to access the software.
