Chambers County:

Spindletop Center: provides outpatient, crisis, screening & assessments, substance abuse services, community services, work placement.

Harris County:

Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD: provides outpatient services, comprehensive psychiatric emergency services, intellectual disability and autism services and forensic mental health services.

Liberty County:

Tri-County Services: provides outpatient services, substance abuse services, intellectual disability and autism services, and psychiatric emergency services.
