All students are automatically Opted-In to the myBooks program. Students who choose to opt out of the program will be responsible for buying all of their course materials on their own. You can check your myBooks status by logging into your myLC Campus account. Your can change your status up until the day of record of the semester.
If you have opted in to the myBooks program, the cost of your textbooks is included in your tuition, so they will be available to you on the first day of your class. If you have opted out of the program, you are responsible for purchasing all course materials on your own.
How do I know if my textbook is an e-book or a print book?
Most textbooks will be provided in an e-book format. If your book is not available as an e-book and you are enrolled in the myBooks program, the college will provide you a print copy of the book.
If the book is provided by the college in an e-book format but you prefer a print book, you must purchase the print edition on your own.
